Edinburgh, Scotland is probably one of the more interesting and amazing cities I've ever visited - what an incredible place! Edinburgh's Old Town has preserved much of its medieval street plan and buildings, while the New Town retains its 18th century character. Although we only spent less than a week in the city, we truly experienced a lot within our short time there.
